During this production, Mr. Clarke was entrusted by management to cover the other leading tenor role of Il conte di Libenskof — a testament to his artistry, vocal security, and standing as a reliable collaborator in high-stakes operatic environments.

He made his Spanish debut as Elvino in Bellini's La Sonnambula with Ópera de la vera – Ras de terra, accompanied by the Orquesta Ensemblement y Coro de Extremadura. He then garnered positive reviews for his reprisal of the role of Ferrando in Mozart's Così fan tutte in Hamburg, before culminating the season with the title role of Lord Arturo Talbo in Bellini's I Puritani with the Hamburger Kammeroper. With this third Bellini role debut, Mr. Clarke solidified his position as a promising talent in the bel canto repertoire, showcasing his versatility, technical skill, and unwavering commitment to the genre.

During the 2021-2022 season, Mr. Clarke made his debut as Tamino in the Dutch National Opera Academy's production of Die Zauberflöte conducted by Patrick Lange and directed by Gabriele Rech. Further solidifying his Mozart credentials, he then debuted as Ferrando in Così fan tutte with the Bredeweg Festival in Amsterdam. A versatile performer, he also performed in the Dutch premiere of Carl Heinrich Graun's Cleopatra e Cesare (Tolomeo), as well as that of Dominick Argento's Postcard from Morocco (Man with old luggage).
In the 2020-2021 season, Mr. Clarke made his German debut as Alfred in his second production of the season of Johann Strauß' Die Fledermaus at the Schlossfestspiele Ettlingen. A notable highlight of the season was his portrayal of Le Prince Charmant in Pauline Viardot's rarely performed opera Cendrillon. He also covered Don Ottavio in Mozart's Don Giovanni with the Orchestra of the 18th Century under the baton of the late Kenneth Montgomery. Mr. Clarke's additional recent performances include Prologue/Quint in Britten's The Turn of the Screw, Brighella in Richard Strauss' Ariadne auf Naxos, and Tebaldo in Bellini's I Capuleti e i Montecchi.
Mr. Clarke is equally at home on the concert stage, having sung a wide range of oratorio and sacred music. He made his Sweelinck Barokorkest debut as the tenor soloist in Mozart's Mass in C minor, conducted by Jos van Veldhoven. His other notable performances as the tenor soloist include Mozart's Requiem, César Franck's Les Sept Paroles du Christ, Saint-Saëns' Oratorio de Noël, Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle, and Puccini's Messa di Gloria, among others.
Mr. Clarke is a recent graduate of the Dutch National Opera Academy, where he earned a Master of Music (MMus) in Opera. He also possesses a Bachelor of Music (BMus) in Classical Singing from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where he was awarded an AHK Talent Grant.
